What is it?
- An archaic IRC presented in the form of a comic.
How do I get it?
- Here is a link where you can download the ms comic chat client.
How do I join the #neotag room?
First enter a nickname. You can do that on the “personal info” tab.
Then, select a character to use from the list. You will be able to preview this character and its emotions via the emotions wheel. You can change your character during chat by selecting View > Options > Character
On the connect tab, enter the information below and hit okay.
